Toa Byolgra is the toa of light. His power allows him to shine away any darkness in his path.

Samuelus was a Ga-matoran who had a huge crush on Byolgra. When Byolgra became a toa, they spent less time together, causing her to want to become a toa so they could. She was transformed by a disk, inhabited by the spirit of Inu Shalen, and has the power to levitate herself.

B.T. stands for Battered Toa (originally Battered One). He was a machine sent to help the Toa Nelsha who was entitled toa by Byolgra for his brave deeds.

Toa Taykon
"The Tinker" is what they call this one. He was an engineer as a matoran and wanted to join the Toa Nelsha on their quests so badly, that he looked to the sky and asked it to transform him. At that moment, Inu Shalen used his power to turn him into a Toa Nelsha (seeing as they needed another helping hand). He has the power of electro-communication. That's right, he talks to computers.

Daklar was born in Shadows, which is why Toa Tyvark was selected to free him from darkness. Little is known about him except that he has the power of creation. He can form objects with his mind.

Toa Tyvark
Tyvark was once a commander in the Nelsha Nui Army. Then, a long time after Nelsha City fell, the shadows of the Black Fire transformed into a toa. He almost fell to evil, but with his new toa power of darkness manipulation, he broke away from the darkness. Upon that day, Evil created a hero. How ironic.
